Seasons 52 is part of Darden Restaurants, the Orlando-based parent company behind Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Yard House, Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, and Ruth’s Chris Steak House. The Arizona closure adds to a recent pattern of location reductions tied to the brand, though Darden has not announced a wider shutdown of Seasons 52.
What the closure means in Phoenix and across Arizona

For Arizona diners, the immediate takeaway is practical: Seasons 52 is gone from Phoenix and from the state as a whole. Biltmore Fashion Park is expected to keep evolving with new tenants, but Seasons 52’s chapter in Arizona has ended after 16 years.
