  • 1 cup corn kernels (frozen or canned, drained)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

For Assembly:

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped fresh cilantro
  • Sliced green onions
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced jalapeños
  • Avocado or guacamole

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Meat Mixture

  1. Take fried ground beef in a bowl.
  2. Mix in taco seasoning, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and sour cream.
