Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Buns
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the bottom buns and drizzle with Italian dressing.
  1. Layer the Meats & Cheese
  • Layer salami, pepperoni, ham, and capicola evenly over the buns.
  • Add slices of provolone cheese and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top.
  1. Bake the Sliders
  • Place the top buns on the sliders.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper
    flakes, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Brush the butter mixture over the buns.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an
    additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
  1. Add Fresh Toppings & Serve
  • Once baked, carefully lift the top buns and add lettuce, tomato slices, red onion,
    and pepperoncini peppers.
  • Place the tops back on, slice, and serve warm!
